Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Certain items such as personal care products (opened skincare, cosmetics, or hygiene items) cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us before sending it back.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Discounted or clearance items (final sale).
How to Return

- We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
